Well, this is a yearly event that are not mostly welcome. It is a part and parcel of owning a car or other vehicles as well. Of course, the first year insurance was covered under your car loan. As in my case, it was insured for RM 85,000 in the first year. That costs about RM 2,445.50 under Lonpac Insurance Bhd.
This year 2011, I insured it for RM 73,000. It cost me RM 1,722.60 (including wind screen protection of RM 120) under AmAssurance. That is roughly RM 143.55 per month for protection.
Next year, even lesser.
